Q. HAVE YOU REALLY TRAVELLED TO EACH OF THESE COUNTRIES AND PERSONALLY TAKEN EACH PHOTOGRAPH?
A. In a word, yes!
Q. DO YOU ALSO WORK ON A FREELANCE BASIS AS WELL AS TAKING TRAVEL AND NATURE PHOTOGRAPHS?
A. Yes. I am available for freelance hire, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Q. CAN YOU PHOTOGRAPH MY WEDDING?
A. Unfortunately, no. There are loads of fantastic photographers out there who can though!
Q. DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO OR SHOP WHERE I CAN COME AND SEE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
A. Yes. You can find me at 24A Argyle Court, The Hidden Lane, 1103 Argyle Street, Glasgow G3 8ND. We’re located at the top of the stairs and our gift shop is now open.
Q. CAN I PURCHASE A PRODUCT OR PRINT WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
A. Yes. You can simply check out as a guest. The option to create an account is offered at checkout. If you choose to set up an account, we will NOT share your details or spam you.
Q. DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BUY A PRINT?
A. No. I use Paypal as my merchant for online payments which allows you to pay via debit or credit card or alternatively, you can login if you have a Paypal account to pay. For more information see our Orders and Delivery page.
Q. I CAN’T SEE THE OPTION TO PAY WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, WHAT HAS HAPPENED?
A. If you are not presented with the option to pay with a debit or credit card, it may be because you or someone who uses your computer is still logged in to Paypal from a previous session. Paypal automatically detects this and will assume that you want to proceed using your account. You will need to logout of Paypal, return to your basket and proceed again.
Q. WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRINT WHEN IT ARRIVES, DO YOU OFFER A RETURNS POLICY?
A. Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your print when it arrives, please send me an email in the first instance to let me know. I will do my best to work with you to resolve this and if necessary you can send your print back to me for a refund. Please see the Orders and Delivery page for more information.
Q. WILL MY PRINT LOOK EXACTLY AS THE PHOTOGRAPH APPEARS ON MY MONITOR?
A. Not necessarily. Colour, brightness and contrast vary greatly from monitor to monitor. My photographs have been digitally processed with the precise calibration set on my own monitor for optimum colour and saturation and as such may not exactly match what you see on yours. Rest assured that the print you will receive has the precise colouring that I, as the photographer, have intended.
Q. I’VE SEEN A PHOTOGRAPH THAT I’D REALLY LIKE TO BUY BUT IT’S NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SIZE I WANT, WHY NOT?
A. I will only allow my photographs to be printed as large as I feel they will go without any loss of quality. Not every photograph will print up to 40 or 60 inches wide due to the camera that it was photographed on and any post processing elements such as cropping.
Q. I’D REALLY LIKE TO USE ONE OF YOUR IMAGES, CAN I JUST TAKE IT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
A. Please don’t! All of the photographs displayed within www.lesleywiliamson.com are the property of me, Lesley Williamson and subject to copyright law. If you would like to use or license an image, please send me an email.
Q. CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE NEW PHOTOGRAPHS?
