I’m delighted to be exhibiting at this summer’s Furniture Pop Up Shop at The Briggait in Glasgow on the 4th and 5th of July!  The shopping event is being organised by the fabulous Blue Tin Events team and is now in it’s second year, featuring a great mix of furniture, textiles and photography.

I was asked to do an industrial photoshoot for a magazine article as part of the promotion for the event featuring some of the work that will be on display and Blue Tin Events director Sarah in her workshop where she upcycles furniture for her Tatty Rose label.

The weather was against us, so on a rainy Sunday afternoon, we piled into Sarah’s container workshop in Paisley, put the kettle on and waited to see if the rain would ease.  It didn’t.

We shot as much as we could from under the cover of an umbrella and decided to try again the following day.  Round 2 and we didn’t get far before the rain started again and we had to run for the cover of a container once more.

    • I know! We just couldn’t get 5 minutes peace! Your lampshades and cushions are beautiful and were a great contrast to all the industrial units. 🙂
